Cancellations are inconvenient for everyone.... should this be the case, we will try to sublet the room.

Otherwise the following applies: 

• cancel in writing and have it confirmed by us
• up to 2 months (60 days) before booked arrival date - free of charge
• 2 to 1 month (60 to 30 days) before the booked date of arrival - 50 % of the total price of the booked arrangement will be charged
• 1 month to 1 week (30 to 7 days) before the booked date of arrival - 70 % of the total price of the arrangement will be charged
• 7 days before the booked date of arrival - 90 % of the total booked price of the arrangement will be charged
  a deposit will be charged for possible cancellation costs
